New House Fund:
The current house was built and opened in 1972. The house underwent a major remodel during the 1996 Summer Olympics when it was occupied by Athletes participating in the games in Atlanta. The Chapter and Corporation created a new house fund in 2015 to begin the process of raising money for the construction of a new House. The cost of the recently constructed fraternity houses at Georgia Tech ranged between 2.5 and 5 million. We have a long way to go to reach that goal. Donations to the fund are appreciated and can be made through the chapter. A major fund raising campaign will be undertaken at some point in the future. We will need to raise about 1.5 million in order to begin construction on a new house.

Parents:
Parents are always welcome to visit the house.
